Company History
Founded in January 2023 by passionate partners Rebecca and Kathryn
AMI was born from a desire to elevate the standard of training for nurses in the field of aesthetics, specifically in introductory Botox and filler applications. Having experienced firsthand the suboptimal quality of existing training programs, we were motivated to create a more effective and comprehensive learning experience. In addition to foundational courses, we now offer advanced training in various aesthetic techniques, including sculptura, biostimulators, PRP/PRF microneedling, and fat dissolving treatments, among others.
Our commitment to continuous improvement and expansion is driven by the invaluable feedback from our previous students, allowing us to enhance our curriculum and introduce new programs that meet the evolving needs of the industry. At AMI, we’re dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the dynamic world of aesthetics.

Medical Director
Kathryn Sharman
Kathryn Sharman is a Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience in both primary care and cosmetic medicine. She excels in a comprehensive array of medical and cosmetic treatments, with a particular focus on managing medical conditions such as migraines, hyperhidrosis, and TMJ disorders. She is also the owner of About You NP Sharman, in addition to her clinical practice, Kathryn serves as a Medical Director, overseeing and empowering nurses to perform cosmetic procedures. As a dedicated mother of four, she skillfully balances her professional responsibilities with family life, exemplifying a commitment to both her career and her loved ones.

Rebecca Kwiatkowski
Rebecca has been a nurse since 1998 and transitioned into Aesthetics in 2012. Known by many as the "Master of Therapeutic Injections," she is the owner of Liquid Beauty Medi Spa. A mom to two daughters and a fur baby, Rebecca enjoys making people laugh with her unique sense of humour. Her personal favourite aesthetic treatments/procedures are PDO threads and Botox. Passionate about wine, she dreams of owning her own vineyard one day. Currently, her focus is on teaching and mentoring new nurses in the latest injection techniques. She specializes in customizing both medical and non-medical procedures to clients' needs, and hosts training in various areas.
Together, we strive to create a welcoming environment where our clients feel comfortable and cared for
